Todd Blackburn has been in the communications industry since 1996. He began his career with MCI WorldCom While there his duties at MCI included the supervision of the Tier II support for all MCI/WorldCom call centers in the U.S. and Europe and the idea and creation of the Network Engineering Element Database still used today.
In January 2002, Todd became the VP of Sales for CEIS Inc(Now, TECHSICO Carrier Services). to deploy network and transport equipment for the nations largest carriers.
In January 2005, CEIS Inc. started in the Low Voltage arena with Fire Lake Casino at the time was the largest casino in the state of Oklahoma.
In 2009 Todd is now the Current CEO of all the TECHSICO divisions.
TECHSICO Inc. is a global networking infrastructure company that supports Engineering, Implementation & Project Management, Web Development, IT staffing, & Customer Networking.
CIO James Lytal
James Lytal has been in the telecommunications industry for nearly 20 years. He started with LDDS WorldCom (now Verizon Business) as a Data Network Engineer. During his tenure as a Data Network Engineer his job duties included learning all the different technologies in the "Central Office" environment. In 2001 he became VP of Operations of CEIS (now TECHSICO Carrier Services). During the first 8 years of infancy he helped grow the operation to what is it today. As of now he is the CIO of all TECHSICO Companies.
Susan has been in the Accounting field for 18 years. She first began her career working for a family owned tire business in Sand Springs where she worked for over 15 years. Her main emphasis was General Ledger and Inventory. After starting her family, she began her own Accounting business working for a wide range of companies. Everything from a tire shop to several doctors offices. She thanks her parents for their “work ethic” that she started learning when she was 11 years old. That is when she began working for them in the 4 restaurants they owned and continued to work thru college. In 2009, she accepted the CFO position here at TECHSICO.
Shortly after earning his degree in Business Management, Johnathon Shepherd began his career in the Communications Industry. In 2007, he was given an opportunity with TECHSICO as an Account Manager. Having no prior experience in the industry, Johnathon utilized his strong work ethic and his "GET IT DONE" attitude to quickly earn the respect of his peers as well as his customers. Johnathon attributes his attitude and work ethic to the training he received during his 5 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. One crucial part of his training was learning how to utilize the experience of those around him to complete tasks and gain knowledge. This ability has helped him play a valuable role in increasing TECHSICO’s operations from one office and a handful of employees to the three offices and 80+ employees it currently holds today. Johnathon is presently the VP of Operations and a partner in TECHSICO Enterprise Solutions.
Marty Seat started with the Dan-D Company in 1984, his first role was a technician installing Structured Cabling Systems for Data, Voice, Video and Fiber Optic Networks. He quickly moved up to a project leader within the first 4 years of his career, strengthening customer relationships with advanced knowledge of innovative solutions. Soon after he was promoted into sales, focused on selling solutions to fit the customers unique technology needs, launching new business development, and generated a high volume on new accounts.
Marty in 1992 became Sales Manager offering services to the education, local government and private business sectors. The later years of Marty’s career he served as General Manager responsible for day to day operations. He has consistently achieved a strong record of outperforming sales quotas and is energized by new challenges. With his expert presentation, negotiation and communication skills and his keen abilities in planning, goal setting, strategy implementation and follow-up he is a valuable asset to the Sales team.
In 2009 With the acquisition of Dan-D Co. Marty was promoted to the VP of Sales for TECHSICO Enterprise Solutions. He leads a Sales Staff serving the Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia markets, implementing the same core values and strategies he has used in his dynamic career.
Mark Harrison started His career with Integrated Telecommunication Inc (I.T.I.)back in 1990 while there Mark managed a large number of personnel and projects in the Texas market to include many of the Hospital facilities located in the Texas Medical Center.
Mark remained with I.T.I. through their merger into what would come to be known as Net Versant Solutions a partnership of eight companies located throughout the continental United States that came together to offer one continued company presence to all of their clients across the USA.

Ronny got his start in the industry working for AT & T briefly in 1986-1987 as a Field Technician. In 1996 he re-entered the communications field as a Foreman for Hull Communications, (a family owned business). He became the onsite Project Manager for one of the largest health care facilities in the state, (Saint Francis Health Systems), encompassing over 70 buildings state wide. He continued in that position until 2003 when his father retired and his company was dissolved. Ronny then formed Pillar Voice & Data Solutions, Inc. and continued to maintain all of the relationships he had established with previous customers. In February of 2008 TECHSICO Enterprise Solutions and Pillar Voice & Data Solutions merged to become one company in order to serve their respective customers better. Ronny is the Sr. Project Manager for TECHSICO and offers our customers the security of his experience which includes, installations, estimating, resource management, budget control and integrity. He currently oversees more than 40 Technicians and Project Managers while supervising the quality and dependability of our operations staff and continuing to work as a Project Manager for TECHSICO’s largest accounts.
Dell Riedesel has been in the communications industry since 1990. He began his career with Dan-D Company starting at the ground floor as a cable technician, advancing through the ranks to become Project Leader while supervising Structured Cable installations at one of Tulsa’s largest multimedia companies for 5 years.
Dell then became Operations Manager supervising all crews and projects as well as the day to day scheduling and dispatch with a commitment to providing quality service and quick response times to meet the demands of all customers. With a vast knowledge of multimedia, communications and system design Dell assists clients with structured cable design for their businesses to have all the current technology for convenience and growth. In 2001 Dell founded DER Construction, Inc. While running his own business he provided communication and construction services to businesses in the Tulsa area ranging from small offices to high profile companies in areas such as oil and gas, financial and aviation.
In 2010 TECHSICO recruited Dell as a Service Manager utilizing his experience to manage the service needs of hundreds of customers. Dell enjoys the combined knowledge and camaraderie of working with the professional group at TECHSICO.
