Over the last 2 and a half years, as Assistant Director of IT for Oklahoma State University - Tulsa, I have successfully contracted TECHSICO Enterprise Solutions to perform a multitude of Structured Cabling activities. My department is responsible for all IT related activites throughout Tulsa. I use TECHSICO as an extension to my department as a resource to continue to provide voice and data service to my customers.

Without reservation, I engage TECHSICO Enterprise Solutions to install, repair, and maintain the OSU-Tulsa structured cabling environment. TECHSICO has also served as an invaluable resource assisting me with the design and development of new buildings and areas within the OSU-Tulsa system.

I contract TECHSICO on a pre-negotiated price basis revolving around Time and Materials. TECHSICO insists on clear requirement definitions upfront. In return, they devlop sound proposals with all costs and scheduling clearly defined. Barring unforeseen barriers, TECHSICO never fails to meet their commitments on schedule, and often times way ahead of schedule. On the rare occasion that an objective is not met as expected, TECHSICO never hesitates to address the issue and resolve it at their expense.

The Sales Account Manager that has been working with me from the start, Johnathon Shepherd, is hands down the best AM that I have worked with in this business space. Johnathon treats every customer as if they were his only customer. He is actively involved in making sure the customer's needs are always met while making sure his teams are sufficiently prepared to complete the tasks set before them.
