Todd Blackburn

Todd Blackburn has been in the communications industry since 1996. He began his career with MCI WorldCom. While there his duties at MCI included the supervision of the Tier II support for all MCI/WorldCom call centers in the U.S. and Europe and the idea and creation of the Network Engineering Element Database still used today.

  • In January 2002, Todd became the VP of Sales for CEIS Inc (now, TECHSICO Carrier Services) to deploy network and transport equipment for the nation's largest carriers.
  • In January 2005, CEIS Inc. started in the Low Voltage arena with Fire Lake Casino, which at the time was the largest casino in the state of Oklahoma.
  • In 2009, Todd became the CEO of all the TECHSICO divisions.

TECHSICO Inc. is a global networking infrastructure company that supports Engineering, Implementation & Project Management, Web Development, IT staffing, & Customer Networking.

James Lytal

James Lytal has been in the telecommunications industry for nearly 20 years. He started with LDDS WorldCom (now Verizon Business) as a Data Network Engineer. During his tenure as a Data Network Engineer his job duties included learning all the different technologies in the "Central Office" environment.

In 2001 he became VP of Operations of CEIS (now TECHSICO Carrier Services). During the first 8 years of infancy he helped grow the operation to what is it today. As of now he is the CIO of all TECHSICO Companies.

 

Susan Hood, CFO

Susan Hood has been in the Accounting field for 18 years. She first began her career working for a family owned tire business in Sand Springs where she worked for over 15 years. Her main emphasis was General Ledger and Inventory.

After starting her family, she began her own Accounting business working for a wide range of companies. She has performed accounting services for everything from a tire shop to several doctors offices. She thanks her parents for their “work ethic” that she started learning when she was 11 years old. That is when she began working for them in the 4 restaurants they owned and continued to work through college.

In 2009, she accepted the CFO position here at TECHSICO.

Marty Seat, VP Operations

Marty Seat

Marty Seat started with the Dan-D Company in 1984, his first role was a technician installing Structured Cabling Systems for Voice, Data, Video and Fiber Optic Networks. He quickly moved up to a project leader within the first four years of his career, strengthening customer relationships with advanced knowledge of innovative solutions. Soon after he was promoted into sales, focused on selling solutions to fit the customers unique technology needs, launched new business development, and generated a high volume on new accounts.

In 1992, Marty became Sales Manager offering services to the education, local government and private business sectors. In the later years of Marty’s career, he served as General Manager responsible for day to day operations. He has consistently achieved a strong record of outperforming sales quotas and is energized by new challenges. With his expert presentation, negotiation and communication skills and his keen abilities in planning, goal setting, strategy implementation and follow-up he is a valuable asset to the Sales team.

In 2009, with the acquisition of Dan-D Co., Marty was promoted to the VP of Operations for TECHSICO Enterprise Solutions. He leads a team serving the Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia and additional markets, implementing the same core values and strategies he has used in his dynamic career.
